Associate Principal, Complete Commercial

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful delivery of integrated client programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients
• Coordinate efforts between partners, operations, and business units to support strategic planning
• Leverage real-world data assets to drive strategic recommendations for commercial operations
• Lead internal engagement teams to develop insightful analyses and strategic recommendations
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and developing SOWs
• Manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert
• Develop practice-level intellectual capital and data & analytics methodologies

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, economics, or operations research
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record in leadership and execution of data & analytics engagements in life sciences or healthcare
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, medtech, and healthcare industry trends
• Understanding of pharma industry data assets such as medical/Rx claims and sell-in data

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD)
• Experience at a top global management consulting firm
• Background in Commercial or Pharma Operations
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Experience in sales force effectiveness and incentive compensation design
