Associate Principal - Architecture

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, multiple cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice
• Drive major IT projects by managing multiple priorities, setting timelines, and ensuring delivery on time and on budget
• Plan and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee project governance, including regular status reporting to leadership and weekly program reviews
• Track project schedules, costs, and variances across all cloud transformation initiatives
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects
• Proven track record in executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations
• Deep expertise in Data Center (DC) to Cloud migrations
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, including virtualization, compute, storage, and networking
• Educational background in BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or an equivalent degree
• Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Agile Management, PRINCE2, or PMP
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, databases, and public cloud technologies
