Associate Principal - Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships, serving as a strategic partner to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Lead the scoping, design, and delivery of complex and high-impact client engagements across analytics offerings.
• Drive business development activities, including pipeline development, pitch preparation, and proposal writing.
• Provide senior oversight across multiple concurrent engagements to ensure analytical rigor and strategic relevance.
• Shape the strategic direction of the Analytics practice, including service offerings and methodological innovation.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor top analytical talent to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) in a quantitative field, life sciences, or business.
• 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical analytics, or a related professional services environment.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including forecasting, market access, and pricing strategy.
• Proven track record of business development success and growing client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty therapeutics, specifically oncology, rare diseases, or gene therapy.
• Familiarity with the full landscape of pharma data assets, including claims, EMR, and prescription data.
• Strong ability to connect complex analytical insights to broader commercial and corporate strategy.
