Associate, Presentation Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of visually stunning presentations ensuring brand consistency
• Translate complex data and concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to develop effective presentation strategies
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned presentation templates and guidelines
• Incorporate thoughtful animations and transitions to enhance engagement
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional design experience with a focus on presentation design
• Compelling online portfolio showcasing presentation design expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Google Slides
• Strong working knowledge of Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects
• Experience creating and implementing video within presentations
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation
