Associate Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Practice Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of an accredited outpatient surgical facility
• Deliver the Sono Bello patient experience and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and AAAHC guidelines
• Support team member scheduling, coverage, and development to achieve company goals
• Own and execute new initiatives, policies, and procedural changes from the National Support Center
• Maintain accurate tracking, auditing, and reporting for surgical notes, invoicing, payroll, and patient charts
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper security of medications and clinical records
• Maintain facility standards in partnership with the National Support Facilities Team
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management in partnership with HR
• Travel 1-2 weeks per quarter to other Sono Bello offices

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supervising or leading teams in a healthcare or clinical environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn various computer systems
• Experience performing audits and communicating results to impact outcomes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, surgeons, and staff
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and interpret instructions in various forms
