Associate Practice Area Director - CF

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit, winning, and execution of pharmaceutical, laboratory, semiconductor, and medical device projects in the West region.
• Oversee and expand the regional science and technology team, including strategic recruitment of senior staff.
• Develop and execute regional business plans to increase revenue streams and market distinction.
• Manage project financials, client reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
• Build and maintain deep networks with owners, architects, PM/CM firms, and general contractors.
• Ensure technical excellence in project delivery and provide expert resolution for complex issues.
• Represent the firm through industry speaking engagements, white papers, and technical articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (significant experience may be substituted).
• 12+ years of Life Science design experience, preferably in consulting engineering or A/E firms.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of business development experience within the engineering sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Thorough knowledge of MEP systems.
• Ability to travel as required.
