Associate, Portfolio Management and Underwriting, Commercial

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and calculations to assess client creditworthiness and repayment capacity
• Prepare detailed credit summaries and recommend appropriate loan structures and collateral
• Support credit-granting decisions and manage portfolio monitoring to identify deteriorating credit conditions
• Analyze industry trends and metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Support the negotiation of loan terms and conditions in alignment with bank risk appetite
• Build and maintain client relationships in collaboration with Relationship Managers to expand business
• Minimize risk exposure by adhering to credit policies, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines
• Identify revenue and cross-selling opportunities to enhance portfolio growth and client returns

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in credit, lending instruments, or financial operations within a corporate or banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and data analysis tools
• Solid understanding of loan structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use analytical tools for decision-making
