Associate, Planning

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of omnichannel media plan recommendations including TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH, and Emerging Media
• Compile research data to ensure client campaigns reach intended audiences
• Develop mastery of syndicated research sources, planning tools, and media math
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights and budget allocations
• Maintain accuracy of tactical media plan components such as flow charts, spreadsheets, and budget summaries
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines
• Stay updated on media and technology trends
• Develop strategic POVs on media partner offerings and technology

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within an integrated team
