Associate Planner

Responsibilities

• Create weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting data
• Support ad-hoc analysis to drive business and planning decisions
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to share insights with the Planner
• Assist in building and updating seasonal budgets and forecasts
• Support assortment plans and track results against the plan to flag variances
• Review weekly results and support sales and markdown forecasts
• Help manage open-to-buy tracking and updates
• Analyze inventory and product flow to maintain healthy stock levels
• Prepare files and templates for key planning milestones
• Maintain planning files, tools, and system updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, planning, allocation, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with retail math
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aptos, QuickSight, or SAP
