About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic category inventory flow and optimize supply deployment to maximize guest demand across EMEA
- Analyze core ladders to identify business risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with North America planning teams to identify inventory transfers or pullbacks
- Leverage systems and data to optimize inventory across stores, distribution centers, and e-commerce channels
- Develop sales projections and inventory flow for key items
- Recommend seasonal merchandise flow strategies to maximize sales and guest experience
- Provide support to Merchandising to manage product assortment, including inventory and markdowns
- Prepare and participate in Merchandise Review meetings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven planning or merchandising experience, preferably within a vertical retailer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with PO and Price Management software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
