Associate

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables and coordinate effectively with team members
• Prepare and operate various components, materials, equipment, and machines within the assigned production area
• Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials is available before starting production runs
• Adhere strictly to all plant safety protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations
• Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems and refer deviations from standard procedures to a supervisor
• Complete assignments within agreed timeframes using established procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
• Familiarity with common AI tools and a curiosity for enhancing productivity through technology
