Associate Personal Roving Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible banking support across multiple branch locations to cover vacancies and meet customer needs
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and proposing appropriate products and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as appropriate
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform cash handling and balancing tasks
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Ability to commute to various assigned branch locations within the district
• Must be able to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Experience proactively engaging customers through phone or email outreach
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal partners
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
