Associate Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate financial products and digital solutions.
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing duties.
• Refer customers' financial needs to appropriate bankers and partners within the branch.
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related banking regulations.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (includes work, training, military, or education).
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
• Capability to obtain SAFE registration at the time of employment.
• Proficiency in cash handling and balancing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology.
• Experience proactively engaging customers via phone or email.
• Strong ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts.
• Proven track record of fostering strong customer and internal partner relationships.
