Associate Perfumery Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized laboratory tests for quality assurance, research, and development of perfume formulations and applications
• Execute the weighing of perfume formulas (powders, liquids, etc.) using computerized systems in compliance with good practices
• Manage raw material availability, preparation, and collection at the workstation
• Handle the packaging of weighed formulas and the creation of samples for quality control
• Use SAP to launch production requests and manage associated digital outputs
• Monitor the progress of requests and communicate constraints or difficulties to the team
• Manage the entry and exit of formulas in storage tools to ensure physical and digital stock reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S
• Strictly apply HSE and Quality rules, investigating non-conformities and proposing corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, perfumery, or a related scientific field
• Experience in an industrial or laboratory environment (perfumery, cosmetics, or chemistry preferred)
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Familiarity with HSE and quality standards
• Proficiency in computer tools, with SAP experience being a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
