Associate People Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle and troubleshoot first-line employee queries regarding HR and payroll
• Identify recurring query themes and create knowledge base articles to promote self-service
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with high accuracy
• Perform data quality assurance to proactively identify and correct system errors
• Prepare and issue employee paperwork for various lifecycle events
• Coordinate global mobility activities to support international relocations

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
• A service-first mindset and passion for creating a positive employee experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
• Relevant HR qualification
