Associate People Services Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the tier 1 support for HR transactional and advisory queries, providing guidance to employees and line managers on policies and best practices
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs in line with statutory requirements
• Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and other personnel data
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
• Support HR projects and initiatives to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations and advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR practices
• Familiarity with local employment laws, Employee Relations (ER), and statutory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently based in Malaysia
