About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including induction sessions, documentation, and new hire integration.
- Manage the employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate HR data, trackers, and status changes.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and medical insurance enrollments.
- Handle offboarding and exit management processes, including clearance and documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and support background verification (BGV) processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations or People Processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to support both India and US teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or internship exposure to HRMS tools.
- Experience in HR administration or managing contract workforce agreements.
