Associate People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers to support a healthy workplace culture.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with managers to implement effective performance management processes, coaching, and goal setting.
• Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and effective communication.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement consistent HR policies and procedures.
• Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and use data to inform HR strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR certification.
