Associate Payments Adoption Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect into the customer base through outbound and inbound efforts to maximize the use of Shopmonkey Payments
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth plans for customer shops
• Conduct in-depth rate analysis comparing internal and competitor rates
• Act as a subject matter expert in credit card processing, card reader terminals, and fintech solutions
• Ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing use of payment products
• Maintain expert knowledge of the automotive services industry, market trends, and competition
• Manage and effectively utilize the CRM to meet monthly quotas and daily KPIs

Requirements

• Experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Proven ability to handle objections and proactively address roadblocks
• Resourceful, adaptable, and a strong team player
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (2 days/week in the Morgan Hill, CA office)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience or interest in the automotive industry
• Fluency in Spanish
