Associate Partner (Valuation and Advisory)

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial valuation instructions and undertake research-related advisory work.
• Drive business development by increasing the range and quantity of instructions.
• Prepare professional valuation reports and manage project strategy, objectives, and scope.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, including analysts and interns.
• Liaise with strategic consultancy and research teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Attend industry events and pitches to promote the firm and build client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of file records, confidentiality, and compliance with RICS and Knight Frank best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or a RICS accredited degree.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial valuation experience in mature and emerging markets.
• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer certification.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, and Estate Master.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Taqeem qualifications.
• Experience working within the regional business culture and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
