Associate Partner, Arc Bio Communications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of business, setting the direction and strategy for client accounts.
• Develop industry-leading scientific, creative, and commercial communication strategies for pharma and biotech clients.
• Provide strategic guidance and peer-to-peer consultation to C-suite and senior leadership teams.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging a professional network to convert workstreams.
• Oversee high-level project planning, budgetary control, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.
• Represent the Arc Bio brand at industry events and contribute to the agency's future direction.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in strategic healthcare, medical, or scientific communications.
• Proven experience working within a consultancy or agency environment.
• Expertise in medical or scientific communications with the ability to challenge client thinking on a peer-to-peer level.
• Strong track record of C-suite stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including budgetary control and team resourcing.
• A strong professional network within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored for diverse senior audiences.
