About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site and patient setup, including the maintenance of master site lists and clinical trial documents.
  • Manage site budgets for patient reimbursement and ensure accurate data entry into SaaS payment software.
  • Provide support throughout the clinical trial payment service delivery lifecycle, from study initiation to closeout.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, clinical trial sites, and patients to resolve inquiries via email or phone.
  • Perform internal peer reviews of study, site, and budget setups to ensure accuracy and compliance with SSAE18 policies.
  • Prepare project-specific status updates and report on key deliverables for Sponsor Governance Meetings.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP-Business One or similar financial applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a health-related field.
  • Prior experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or data entry.
  • Experience working within a biotechnology company, CRO, or pharmaceutical organization.
  • Background in data validation or client services within a research support capacity.
