Associate Packaging Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized technical tasks and research to optimize packaging project outcomes
• Design new processes and modify existing ones to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Evaluate and resolve engineering issues related to design, quality, and material engineering
• Develop test procedures, estimate costs, and manage project budgets and contractors
• Introduce new or modified equipment, tools, software, and systems to the facility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess engineering feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
• Ability to travel up to 10%
