Associate Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care by conducting services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Establish and maintain positive doctor-patient relationships to build long-term trust.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and sales associates to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and effective patient transitions.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and provide constructive feedback to store associates.
• Support store success by monitoring key performance indicators, including exam growth and clinical protocol adherence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, validating inventory, and ensuring accurate claims processing.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Proven knowledge of current optometric technology and clinical practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
