Associate Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care by conducting clinical services in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and provide appropriate product and service recommendations to meet patient needs.
• Establish and maintain positive doctor-patient relationships to build long-term trust.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and sales associates to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and effective patient transitions.
• Coach and mentor Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and Pearle Certified Eyecare.
• Support store success by monitoring key performance indicators, including exam growth and clinical protocol adherence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, validating contact lens inventory, and ensuring timely processing of Managed Vision Care claims.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Proven knowledge of current optometric technology and clinical practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
