Associate Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and ensuring accurate diagnoses.
• Partner with the store management team to drive practice growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships by explaining eye exams and providing personalized eyewear recommendations.
• Utilize advanced technology and visual aids to communicate eye health and vision needs to patients.
• Provide training, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members to foster a positive culture.
• Maintain state licensure in good standing and complete all required continuing education.
• Ensure the office environment is safe, professional, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Valid State Licensure in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strong organizational skills.
