Associate Optometrist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and ensuring accurate diagnoses
• Partner with the store management team to drive practice growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships by explaining eye exams and providing personalized eyewear recommendations
• Utilize available technology and visual aids to communicate eye health and vision needs to patients
• Maintain state licensure in good standing and complete all required continuing education
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members to foster a positive, patient-centric culture
• Ensure the office maintains a safe, professional, and organized environment

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent service
• Strong knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational skills
