Associate Operator, Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Pick Purchase Orders (POs) for the Production Team following established SOPs
• Perform proper staging and stacking procedures for materials
• Manage missing parts by ensuring they are properly put away
• Conduct regular bin inventory checks
• Work closely with blending and weigh room personnel to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Safety-first mindset and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes
• Prior experience in a warehouse or blending environment
• Understanding of LB13s and Premixes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
