Associate Operator, Production - Fermentation

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fermentation equipment and processes to produce quality intermediates and finished products
• Identify equipment or process issues and communicate findings to optimize performance
• Perform sampling, testing, and inspection of in-process and finished products
• Handle raw materials and finished goods, including operating a forklift and manual material handling
• Maintain accurate process documentation, batch sheets, and equipment tracking
• Perform general housekeeping and minor equipment maintenance in process areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Computer literacy for documentation and process monitoring
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
