About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor process equipment to produce quality intermediates and finished products according to the operations plan
- Identify equipment or process issues and communicate findings to optimize performance
- Obtain and inspect finished or in-process products, performing sampling and testing as required
- Handle raw materials and finished products, including operating a forklift and manual material handling
- Maintain accurate process and equipment documentation, including batch sheets and labels
- Perform general housekeeping and minor equipment maintenance within the production area
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Computer literacy for documentation and process monitoring
- 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred
