Associate Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of filling lines, including filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing of PET/HDPE bottles and tins
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production processes
• Monitor equipment during operation to identify and report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators or supervisors
• Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards, including checking for leaks, labeling accuracy, and correct capping
• Assist in performing maintenance tasks and cleaning of machines according to maintenance schedules
• Help with production line changeovers by adjusting machine settings and replacing parts or tools as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience operating filling lines within the edible oil or beverage industry
• Diploma, ITI, or other technical certificate in Electrical or Mechanical fields
