Associate – Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide low to medium complexity analytical support to various areas of the organization
• Summarize documents and enter detailed notes into the claim system
• Document claim files including evaluations and decision-making processes
• Contact third-party carriers to review liability and subrogation responses
• Monitor the collection of subrogation recoveries and follow up with carriers as needed
• Support business processes including rate and rule changes and data validation projects

Requirements

• 0-18 months of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the subrogation cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge in Subrogation or Salvage processes
• Ability to utilize digital tools to capture information regarding the scope of damages
