Associate, Operational Risks and Safety

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk analytics and incident reporting to ensure business operational safety
• Support the implementation of platform worker and goods protection programs
• Design worker claim workflows for various markets in compliance with relevant laws
• Prepare business requirement documents and ISO-related documentation
• Support ad-hoc initiatives including crisis management and de-escalation
• Coordinate with internal functions, various cities, and external agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years of professional working experience
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-turnover and daily-waged workforces
• Experience in defending litigation and prosecution
• Ability to conduct predictive performance analytics
• Ability to negotiate and reach settlements
• Good understanding of human error factors
