Associate, Operation Services

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service and account support in a high-volume production environment while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and prioritize assigned process queues and complex inventory lines to meet strict operational deadlines.
• Execute intricate research, data analysis, and investigation for complex property tax cases using internal tools and third-party subscriptions.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to solve complex operational challenges and fill data gaps.
• Perform advanced reporting tasks, query and manipulate complex datasets, and process technical documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate files of client interactions, tax research records, and service requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cross-training, and peer mentorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in client operations, mortgage servicing, property tax data production, or banking operations.
• Proven experience managing high-volume task inventories and meeting strict client-driven SLAs.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple public and private sources.
• Technical proficiency in conducting research, manipulating datasets, and compiling complex reports within database systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
