About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service and account support in a high-volume production environment while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and prioritize assigned process queues and complex inventory lines to meet strict operational deadlines.
- Execute intricate research, data analysis, and investigation for complex property tax cases using internal tools and third-party subscriptions.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to solve complex operational challenges and fill data gaps.
- Perform advanced reporting tasks, query and manipulate complex datasets, and process technical documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate files of client interactions, tax research records, and service requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cross-training, and peer mentorship.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in client operations, mortgage servicing, property tax data production, or banking operations.
- Proven experience managing high-volume task inventories and meeting strict client-driven SLAs.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple public and private sources.
- Technical proficiency in conducting research, manipulating datasets, and compiling complex reports within database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
