Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Critical Care (Intensive Care Unit)

Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day operations and clinical leadership of the ICU, HDU, and telemetry unit
• Lead the nursing team through successful daily operations and effective patient flow management
• Oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care
• Adhere to clinical standards and step into Nurse Unit Manager responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Relevant ICU experience
• Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
• Postgraduate Critical Care qualifications
• Well-developed leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated clinical expertise with a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday
