Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and modeling of investment opportunities
• Conduct and oversee due diligence processes including financial, legal, and operational aspects
• Structure deals and develop investment theses
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
• Prepare and present investment memoranda and IC decks
• Work with management teams on strategic business initiatives and operational improvements
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial results
• Identify and assess potential exit strategies
• Support board meeting preparation and investor updates
• Contribute to team discussions, firm strategy, and the development of junior colleagues

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4 Audit/Transaction Services, or a similar analytically driven investment organization
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, accounting, or a related business field
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and valuation expertise
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and project management skills
