Associate, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Treasury Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate & Investment Bankers (CIBs) and manage a portfolio of high-revenue clients with annual revenues exceeding $2 billion.
• Provide dedicated Global Transaction Banking (GTB) coverage, acting as a single point of contact across all markets.
• Assist in prospecting and sourcing new transaction banking opportunities while supporting the retention and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day support to senior Treasury Management Officers in managing relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance executives.
• Coordinate with solution specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience through data analysis and sales support.
• Collaborate with internal partners including Group Treasury, Global Risk Management, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s risk framework and support regulatory requests from regional regulators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transaction banking, including global cash management, liquidity management, or trade and working capital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of transaction banking products, credit and risk processes, and pricing principles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• International banking experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
