Associate, New Equipment Ops

Responsibilities

• Assist the New Equipment Superintendent with directing, supervising, and leading the performance of the field operations team
• Coordinate material deliveries, issue purchase orders, and assist with ordering parts
• Support scheduling and local controls for new equipment operations
• Perform site field visits and assist with various warehouse duties and reporting tasks
• Manage construction process duties including billing, contractor payments, RFIs, and change order optimization
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, clients, and local authorities
• Assist in maintaining the company safety program and analyzing situations to develop contingencies for estimates

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Management education or a relevant technical diploma/degree
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience
• Experience within the industry
