Associate Methods Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules using Aurora Software for the P-8 Poseidon aircraft line
• Retrieve and analyze daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics using SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Perform recovery planning, headcount forecasting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis
• Develop labor-hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages
• Monitor performance against established labor-hour estimates and conduct variance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency
• Analyze unplanned events to adjust approved plans, including overtime requirements and work balancing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced education
• 3 or more years of related work experience
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production scheduling software and the Aurora Scheduling Tool
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience developing metrics to drive business improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and structured problem-solving
• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
