Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Produce analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, M&A accretion/dilution, and multiple valuation
• Prepare memoranda for internal and external use
• Analyze financial data and conduct industry research
• Assist in the execution and coordination of complex transactions and due diligence
• Draft client marketing and pitch materials
• Participate in client-facing situations and negotiations
• Provide mentorship and development to junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions
• Strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
• Completion of a Suited profile
