Associate Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Merchant to support seasonal product vision and assist in building line plans aligned with business strategy and financial targets
• Analyze selling data, market insights, and consumer trends to support assortment decisions
• Utilize sales performance, projections, bookings, and sell-through data to inform data-driven decision making
• Maintain and manage merchandising calendars to ensure adherence to key deliverables and cross-functional deadlines
• Support sample management, including tracking, proto reviews, and documenting feedback
• Create and maintain market tools, assortment guides, and internal presentations for sales and retail partners
• Compile and analyze key merchandising reports to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Marketing

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Planning, or Product Development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and a general understanding of retail math
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
