Associate Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Planning Team in building dashboards to forecast and define new KPIs
• Work closely with other departments to align on seasonal strategy
• Provide weekly reporting on sales and margin for decision making
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional buying teams
• Follow-up sample evolution for financial purposes
• Support the Merchandise Planning Team in sharing sales forecasts
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support the CMO
• Initiate and participate in business development projects
• Build clear presentations including financial information and business strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in Planning within Retail or eCommerce
• Experience managing an open-to-buy (OTB)
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Highly analytical thinking and strong retail math skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business or Finance preferred
