Associate Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Planning Team in building dashboards to forecast and define key KPIs including sales, inventory, margin, and pricing.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to align on seasonal strategies that impact sales and margin.
• Provide weekly reporting on sales and margin to drive decision-making and assortment/pricing improvements.
• Build strong relationships with buying teams and monitor their investment against the financial plan.
• Follow up on sample evolution for financial purposes and support the team in sharing sales forecasts.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support the CMO and participate in business development projects.
• Create clear presentations that communicate financial information and business strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in Planning within a Retail or eCommerce environment.
• Proven experience managing an open-to-buy (OTB).
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong numerical and retail math skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours (Monday – Friday).

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or Finance.
• Proficiency in an additional language.
