Responsibilities

• Ship features to the Ash app end-to-end, including app, backend, and modeling stack
• Build infrastructure around the model to help users share context and integrate conversation value
• Design new features in collaboration with designers and PMs
• Build and ship code quickly in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Early-career engineer (1-2 years of experience)
• Proven evidence of being an exceptional builder (hackathons, side projects, or open-source tools)
• Experience building full stack applications
• High signal of raw ability through test scores, competition results, or shipped work
• Ability to work long hours and attend the office most days

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin, Python, Dart/Flutter, Next.js, TypeScript, or Rust
• Familiarity with gRPC and GCP (Kubernetes, Cloud Run)
• A learning mindset and willingness to work with various tools
