Responsibilities

• Build tooling that enables internal teams and collaborators to build our foundation model for psychology
• Develop "devboxes" to enable non-engineers to ship code
• Enable trust and safety team capabilities
• Work closely with leadership to build systems that manage the company
• Ship code to real users within your first weeks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional engineering experience
• Evidence of high intelligence and building experience (hackathons, launched products, or high test scores)
• Proven track record of shipping side projects or open-source tools
• Ability to work long hours and be in the office most days
• A learning mindset and willingness to work across various technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin, Python, Dart/Flutter, Next.js, TypeScript, or Rust
• Familiarity with gRPC and GCP (Kubernetes, Cloud Run)
