Associate, Member and Provider Optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and driving collaboration.
• Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and analyzing data to develop metrics and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for change management.
• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes to support organizational goals.
• Mentor team members and promote professional growth within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and technical procedures.
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
