About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and driving collaboration.
- Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and analyzing data to develop metrics and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for change management.
- Design, optimize, and implement operational processes to support organizational goals.
- Mentor team members and promote professional growth within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and technical procedures.
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
