Associate, Member and Provider Optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and driving collaboration.
• Evaluate departmental performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics to develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create proactive implementation and communication strategies for change management.
• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes and workflows to support organizational goals.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in the health insurance industry.
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
