Associate Medical Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop complex scientific content and data analysis with minimal direction
• Manage client relationships and lead both written and verbal communications
• Provide strategic medical guidance and incorporate scientific concepts into client projects
• Oversee project budgets, proposal reviews, and staffing forecasting
• Mentor and develop junior scientific team members
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell agency scientific services
• Monitor and communicate medical-regulatory milestones to the broader team

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a medical communications agency setting
• Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical clients
• Strong therapeutic category knowledge and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in project management and organizing multidisciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical standards, compliance, and regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
