Associate Media Director

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of client media plans and budgets, including flowcharts and budget trackers
• Build and strengthen client relationships as a business partner and thought leader
• Coordinate collaboration with internal specialty teams like Audience Science and Campaign Insights
• Oversee media campaign execution, including implementation, QA, monitoring, and reporting
• Build and present media plan recommendations, recaps, and thought leadership
• Supervise, advise, and counsel direct reports to develop their skill and knowledge base
• Utilize planning tools and partner with analytics to determine optimal media mix

Requirements

• 5-7 years of media experience
• Proven expertise in at least 3 channels (e.g., Video, Digital, Social, Print, OOH)
• Ability to build strong, trusting client relationships
• Ability to travel occasionally to supported markets or client events

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience pitching new business or driving organic growth
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of DCM, Prisma, comScore, and MRI
• Strong mathematical and presentation skills
