Associate MDR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and own repeatable operational workflows supporting MDR/MXDR service delivery
• Validate platform health, customer readiness, and operational state
• Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, deployment, and platform readiness issues
• Own operational onboarding workflows from readiness validation through production enablement
• Support platform enablement activities including EDR integrations, API configuration, and access management
• Document and continuously improve operational workflows and identify automation opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, technical support, MDR, SOC, or SaaS operations
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, cloud technologies, and identity platforms
• Experience with ticketing and workflow tools like Jira, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MDR, SOC, or cybersecurity operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and identity technologies
• Experience with APIs, automation tools, or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools
